Unbeknownst to me, Graveto (our head instructor) decided to show up, and, consequently, he decided to make a living hell out of our few hours there. Let's just say that my thighs and forearms are still burning. Oh well, he can't be too mad at me for screwing up...I'm the new kid, afterall! Mestre Ombrihno and the NYC Capoeiristas come on the 31st.</p> <p>On the art front...let's just say I've got a major case of ADHD. I have about five pictures on my desk - one of Venom (which is turning out to be a bitch to ink...although I'm not sure why I might have believed that an all black character would be easy...), one of Black Cat, and a few Doc Ock illustrations - all of them are half-inked, and I've begun making new pictures already! Damn my...um...impatience?! I still haven't finished by cosplay pic for the deviantART Ock club...I'll have to get to that before the 23rd at least.</p> <p>I'm very excited to see Yes in concert. My dad managed to buy tickets for seats close to the stage...and that's good, of course.</p> <p>Yeah, so I guess that marks the end of this journal entry. My name is Andrea. I'm a high school student, and I'll be in the tenth grade this coming school year. My summer has been pretty busy. Between taking guitar lessons, practicing Capoeira Angola, and hanging out with my friends and family, I have very little time to record my thoughts. That means that I may not update this blog as often as I may like, but I will update it whenever I get a chance. Let's see...some of my interests include art (in all of it's forms), Anime, comics and sequential art (I'm aspiring to work in the industry some day), movies, music, guitar, Capoeira, reading, writing, eating, sleeping, blogging...the list goes on and on.
